Organisational Development

1. Organisational Development and Support
Imagine your organisation as a flourishing garden, where every element needs nurturing to thrive. Just as each petal on this delicate flower contributes to its beauty and strength, each area of support we offer is designed to foster growth, resilience, and cohesion across your organisation and team.
Ways in which we can support your organisation to thrive includes:

-
Facilitation of strategy planning event or review. Draft report and action plan if required

-
Review of Mission, vision, values and organisation culture

-
Stakeholder engagement (staff, service recipients, other), consultation, analysis of data and write up with recommendations

-
Training - bespoke training can be developed to support staff/team development, to enhance induction processes or to refresh or embed new skills/practice

-
Team Building - developed based on identified outcomes

-
Policy review and development

-

2. Leadership Support and Sustainability
There are many reasons why it is important to invest directly in your leadership team.
With ongoing challenges within the sector, leaders are constantly juggling competing priorities and there are times when the plates not only stop spinning.... but can start to fall.
Lets work together to find a way to stop these plates from breaking. To move away from being unable to see the wood for the trees to a more enabling position that brings that bird's eye view of what is taking place and what needs to be done.
Focusing on bringing clarity and perspective back to your leaders will help support their growth. My focus is on helping leaders manage change, build resilience, increase capacity and promote their well-being.
The goal? To ensure your leadership team has the consistency and confidence needed to sustainably steer the organisation forward - whilst securing their own positive sense of wellbeing.
I can do this in the following ways:

-
Project Management - something on the to do list you haven't got the capacity to tackle? Consider outsourcing it to reduce the pressure on the team when internal capacity is low. Facilitating a strategic session might bring clarity to the options available

-
Mentoring (this may be for current leaders or the leaders of the future): guide, support confidence building and challenge growth and development

-
Coaching (this may be for current leaders or aspiring leaders of the future): goal setting and action planning, encouraging self reflection, increasing self awareness and skill development. You can find out more about my coaching services on the dedicated coaching page

-
Change Management - support around planning, managing, communicating and implementing organisational change

3. Quality Improvement
Quality improvement is a journey and one where we might diverge off the path from time time to take a different approach. There might be a few bumps along the way, however these bumps provide rich learning opportunities to refine and enhance your knowledge and skills as you go.
It can often be easier to have fresh eyes support a robust review of systems, processes and services to help enhance clarity, improve quality and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and requirements.
Some examples of this includes:

-
Audit of systems, processes, record keeping in line with Care Inspectorate requirements and/or troubleshooting

-
Website Audit: check functionality, ease of access, clear on your ‘why’ and objectives, relevant information shared, connectivity with social media, recommendations
