This may be to bridge a gap in recruitment, to undertake some work on clarity - what does the organisation need to meet ambitions? Or it may involve troubleshooting to help get back on track. I am now offering coaching to individuals currently within leadership and executive level roles or those who have aspirations to progress into these positions in the future.
I have a particular interest in working alongside Third Sector Leaders and adults who have either self identified or had a formal diagnosis of ADHD.
